Ballyrolly Construction Ltd was incorporated in 2001 and has already achieved a high reputation as a provider of good quality housing in the Ards peninsula, with attention given to detail in terms of site layout, open space and landscaping, traditional building design and use, where practical, of traditional materials.

Ballyrolly’s first development is at Drumfad Bay overlooking the Irish Sea in the townland of Ballyrolly, near Millisle. Ballyrolly has acquired a site in Greyabbey for development of townhouses.

Ballyrolly is seeking additional sites for future development in Ards, and elsewhere in Northern Ireland
